JAGUAR FUEL INJECTOR SERVICE
FLOW TESTING ULTRASONIC CLEANING FOR MOTORCYCLE & INBOARD & OUTBOARD MARINE INJECTORS
You are on an internal page of the website
We are located in Jacksonville, Florida
We have flow tested and ultrasonically cleaned thousands of petrol/gas fuel injectors for automotive engines on Jaguar, Porsche, Chevrolet, Ford, VW, BMW, Chrysler, and many other American vehicles and foreign make engines.
We also service motorcycle, inboard and outboard marine injectors...we have the adapters required to mount these injectors to our ASNU flow test bench. The testing and cleaning process is the same for motorcycles and marine applications as it is for any automotive engine. We have been testing and cleaning motorcycle and marine injectors since 2005. 14 years of experience in motorcycle and inboard/outboard motors and 15 years in business.
We can flow test, leak test, pattern test and ultrasonically clean, and service injectors for the following motorcycles and inboard outboard marine engines...
Motorcycle Injectors for ... Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Harley, Ducati, Buell, Triumph, and others.
Inboard &Outboard Marine Injectors for ... Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Mercury and Evinrude, Penta, Volvo and others. In most cases, the injectors used on an inboard/outboard marine engine applications, are the same or similar as used on an auto engine.
What we do....
We test injector flow rates, do a leak test, and inspect injector spray pattern AS the injectors are received...(ie)...as removed right off your engine/motor. The results of this pretest determine if the injectors are within or out of spec, which may be a cause of poor engine/HP performance. A dirty/clogged injector(s) typically results in less than maximum rpm being produced by your engine, poor fuel economy, lack of ability of boat to plane or go at full throttle, or lack of your bike to perform at its' maximum HP. This is a valuable test to diagnose if your poor engine performance is due to injector problems, or due to some other engine problem. If injectors are out of spec, we ultrasonically clean the injectors, and then retest flow rates, recheck leak test, and recheck the spray pattern. We provide a complete e-mail report of the test results. Both pre testing and post ultrasonically cleaning test. E-mailing test results provides customers with quick results.
The cost for the above service is $18.00 per injector. Return shipping is appx $9.00, via USPS Priority Mail to any continental US state including Hawaii. Servicing time typically two days, excluding weekends and holidays. The service cost includes replacing the injector filters (some filters may not be replaceable), and some marine and cycle injector applications have NO injector filter, replacing o-rings, replacing seals/grommets, etc. And, we have inventory for most of those parts. Leave your o-rings, seals, grommets on your injectors so we can match them up.
You need to e-mail complete details on your cycle engine, or marine motor prior to sending your injectors. We need your make, exact model, year, engine size, # of cylinders, and if you have it....the injector part number, and the manufacturer. I want to make sure I can service your injectors before you mail them in for servicing. It avoids delays in servicing, and having to possibly return your injectors not serviced....due to incomplete info provided.

We are the only in-house injector shop in Jacksonville, Fl. that does bench flow testing and ultrasonic cleaning of gasoline injectors at our location. All other shops will use an additive to your fuel system to clean the injectors, leaving the injectors fitted to your engine, or they only do diesel injectors, or will accept your injectors and mail them out of town to a shop to bench test and charge extra, and add days of mailing time.

SPRING TIME AND SUMMER TIME IS BY MOST ACCOUNTS, THE BEST TIME FOR FISHING/BOATING IN JACKSONVILLE AND NORTH EAST FLORIDA. WE GET BUSY DURING THIS TIME WITH TESTING/CLEANING INBOARD AND OUTBOARD INJECTORS. WE RECOMMEND YOU GET YOUR INJECTOR SERVICE PERFORMED 3-4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR PLANNED PERSONAL FISHING TRIPS, OR ANY FISHING TOURNAMENT EVENTS. YOU DON'T WANT TO BE STALLED AT THE DOCK WITH AN ENGINE THAT WON'T GO DUE TO CLOGGED FUEL INJECTORS.
FYI...ON MARINE APPLICATIONS...WE HAVE FOUND THRU CUSTOMER INITIAL COMPLAINTS THAT THE BOAT WILL NOT REV TO FULL RPM AND WILL NOT FULLY PLANE ON THE WATER PROPERLY. A COMMON PROBLEM DUE TO OPERATION OF THE ENGINE IN A HIGH HUMIDITY AND MANY TIMES SALT WATER ENVIRONMENT...AND THE USE OF ETHANOL FUEL IN THE MAJORITY OF CASES. CLEANING THE INJECTORS RESOLVED THE PROBLEM.
