We have flow tested and ultrasonically cleaned thousands of fuel injectors for automotive engines on Jaguars,  Porsche, Chevrolet, Ford, VW, BMW, Chrysler, and many foreign make engines.

Having received many requests to service motorcycle injectors...we now have the adapters required to mount motorcycle injectors to our  ASNU flow test bench.   The testing and cleaning process is the same for motorcycles as it is for any automotive engine.

We can now flow test. clean, and service injectors for the following cycles.....  
 Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Harley and Ducati.

We test flow rates, do a leak test, and inspect injector spray pattern as the injectors are received.  The results of the pretest determine if the injectors are within spec.  If out of spec, we ultrasonically clean the injectors, and then retest flow rates, recheck leak test, and recheck the spray pattern.  We also provide a complete written report of the test results.  Both pre testing and post ultrasonically cleaning test.  

We stock a wide variety of injector o-ring sizes.  However, we may not have the o-rings available for your specific injector, and you may need to acquire these from your supplier.

The cost is $18.00 per injector.  Return shipping is $8.95 via USPS Priority mail to any continental US state.  Servicing time about two days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We highly recommend you e-mail us with complete details on your bike prior to sending your injectors.  We need your bike make, exact model, year, engine size, # of cylinders, and if you have it....the injector part number, and the manufacturer.
